Do I need an account to use Symptomly?
No. There’s no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start tracking right away.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. Symptomly has no servers and nothing is uploaded — your symptom history stays on your device.
Do I have to connect Apple Health?
No, it’s optional. If you connect it, Symptomly reads and writes symptom data to Apple Health on your device. You can grant or revoke this anytime in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.
How do I share my log with my doctor?
Use the export option in the app to generate a log file, then share it through the standard iOS share sheet to email, Files, or any app you choose.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual entries in the app, or remove all app data by deleting the app. Health data written to Apple Health can be managed in the Apple Health app.
Is there a subscription?
No. The core symptom tracker is not paywalled.
